Shipping Scope

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military or air bases.

EkFit partners with reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS for all shipments.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.

Shipping Time

  • Orders without pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders including pre-order items: Processed and shipped within 15 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by special circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or social disruptions. If this occurs, updates will be posted on our store homepage.

Shipping Fee

  • Standard Delivery: $5.99 USD
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 USD

Note: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as address changes are generally not allowed after shipment. Additional fees may apply for address modifications.

Shipping Damage

We offer shipping insurance at checkout and strongly recommend inspecting your package before signing for delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading before accepting delivery. Without this note, we may be unable to file a claim with the carrier.

If the outer box is damaged but the product remains functional and undamaged, the item may not qualify for replacement.

Note: Please verify the number of packages/items received matches your Bill of Lading and packing slip. Freight carriers do not remove packaging materials such as pallets, wrapping, or boxes.

Customs & Duties

EkFit includes customs duties and fees in your order total whenever applicable.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues, we will contact you to resolve the matter. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Note: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
